This Privacy Policy explains how Strategy67 LLC (“Strategy67,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit strategy67.com (the “Site”), submit our contact form, or use Sara, the AI assistant on the Site. It does not cover information we receive under a signed client engagement, which is governed by that engagement’s agreement.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact form. First name, last name, work email, company, role, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Sara assistant. The messages you type into the chat. If you ask Sara to put you in touch with us, she collects your first name, last name, company, work email, and a summary of your request, and submits them through the same contact form.
- Email. Anything you send to info@strategy67.com.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, time on page, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the Site and protect it against abuse.
- Browser storage. The Site stores a small value in your browser’s local storage to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. Sara stores your current conversation in your browser’s session storage so it carries across pages. That conversation is cleared when you close the browser tab.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule and conduct discovery conversations
- To operate Sara and generate her replies
- To understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content
- To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that run the Site, and only for the purposes above:
- Netlify hosts the Site, receives contact form submissions, and runs the server functions behind Sara.
- Anthropic provides the AI model that generates Sara’s replies. The messages in your conversation are sent to Anthropic to produce each response.
- Google provides Google Analytics and the web fonts used on the Site. Loading the fonts sends your IP address to Google.
- Wikimedia Commons hosts some of the logo images shown on our homepage. Loading those images sends your IP address to Wikimedia.
Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
Using Sara
Sara is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Her replies can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional advice. Please do not share confidential business information, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive data in the chat.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, you can install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using the Site.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then for as long as reasonably necessary for our records or to meet legal obligations. Google Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics data-retention settings.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@strategy67.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as required by applicable law.
Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to inquiry data to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for business professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
International visitors
Strategy67 is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
